Jaypee Abraham
CEO
Jaypee brings over 15 years of multifaceted business expertise to his role as the CEO and co-founder of Tribe Support. As a parent of a special needs child, he has a deep, personal understanding of the importance of providing high-quality support services.
His mission is to create environments where parents and carers feel comfortable and can trust the care provided. Jaypee oversees operations across three geographical locations, managing a dedicated team of over 50 staff members who contribute to day programs and our Supported Independent Living (SIL) properties.
He leads strategic growth initiatives, ensuring that Tribe Support remains compliant with NDIS guidelines as a registered provider. Jaypee also leads the Tribe Foundation, a charitable initiative that operates under ACNC and DGR status. More information about this registered charity can be found here.
Clara Whitby
COMMUNICATIONS
Clara leads Tribe's internal and external communication channels while also managing the intake of both new participants and staff. Her adaptive personality and positivity infuse energy into the organization, positioning her at the forefront of all major advertising and marketing decisions, including expos. Often the first point of contact for client interactions, Clara ensures that Tribe's message is conveyed effectively across various platforms, enhancing the organization’s visibility and outreach.
With a sibling who has special needs and many years of experience working in childcare, Clara’s passion is deeply rooted in helping others. This blend of personal and professional background makes her an ideal fit for her role at Tribe.
Jasmin-Rae Wardrop
SIL & RESPITE MANAGER
Jasmin oversees our respite and SIL properties, managing daily operations and ensuring each home functions smoothly. Her key responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, coordinating with healthcare and service providers, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and ensuring compliance with NDIA standards. She supervises the SIL teams, works closely with clients to foster a supportive and inclusive environment, and encourages participation in community activities to enhance overall well-being.
Additionally, Jasmin coordinates STA through respite, assessing the needs of clients and caregivers, developing customized respite care plans, scheduling and coordinating respite services, supervising respite care staff, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring health and safety compliance. By working closely with families, she provides peace of mind, allowing primary caregivers to take necessary breaks while ensuring their loved ones receive high-quality, compassionate care.
