Meet Skipper Sam
Meet Sam, a qualified sea captain with extensive experience as a deckhand and professional skipper. With Master 5 qualifications, he has worked in maritime operations and as a GPH deckhand. Currently, Sam serves as a support worker for people living with disabilities while also working for NSW Fire and Rescue.
Sam's dedication to serving others is evident in everything he does. He is passionate about utilizing his skills and time to support individuals, especially those with disabilities. Growing up with a brother living with a disability, he understands the importance of dignity, respect, and compassion for everyone. By combining his professional expertise with his heartfelt passion to serve the community, Sam offers a unique and unparalleled opportunity to our Tribe. He is truly one of a kind!
At Tribe, we recognize the importance of health and well-being by being active and closer to nature. Statistically, people with disabilities often have poorer general health and higher levels of psychological stress than people without disabilities.
